UPDATE 1 August 2012 Please note that the Swedish extradition poster contained an innacuracy and has been ammended from "Sweden has never turned down an extradition request from the USA" to "Sweden has not turned down any extradition request from the US since 2000".

Before the four Wild Cards entered Bigg Boss 10, Bollywood PR guru Dale Bhagwagar had suggested on his Twitter, “Firebrand #PriyankaJagga needs to quickly re-enter the #BiggBoss House as a #WildCard and inform all the housemates that all their bundles of cash lying in their lockers would be redundant by the time they come out of the show.”
“This move itself will cause the greatest tumultuous drama on the show and its #TRPs will hit the roof. #BiggBoss10 #BB10,” he had written. What’s more!
A week later, Jagga did enter with the three other Wild Cards, Jason Shah, Sahil Anand and Elena Kazan (who even returned in just a week), but we have still not seen any panic or discussions about demonetization amongst the contestants.
Our sources tell us that Wild Cards might have been instructed not to mention demonetization inside the BB House as it may not only lead to panic, but also kill the drive of some contestants to survive on the show.
Earlier, host Salman Khan had casually asked the housemates if they had any notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 at home and they had replied, “plenty.” Salman had laughed at them and walked away, without informing them about the hullabaloo going in the country outside the BB House after the notes ban.
Bigg Boss 10 is said to be trailing in TRPs this season, and the makers might not be wanting to risk more, considering the contestants could lose their fighting spirit and want to go home to take care of their stashed cash.
Moreover, they may not be want any contestant speaking against Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the show, especially with half-baked information.

Anonymous, you’ve put so much effort into warning about the perils of self publishing. Why bother? Considering none of them would even make it through into the real world of publishing anyway (therefore not affecting you)why are you so passionate about the subject?I feel bad for people who are taken in by vanity presses and who end up repaid for their money and effort only in frustration.
Wouldn’t trashy self published books actually make what you do look better?Most of my books look awesome whatever you put them next to.
You dont actually need the horribly bad contestants on American Idol to make the honestly talented contestants shine.
I agree most people should not attempt to self publish, but publishing companies have also put out some pretty crap books.Well, thats the truth. But at least no one was deliberately swindled over those books.
I know because my daughter has devoured many thousands of books since the age of two (she was a very early reader), some of which have either bored her to tears or she has found mistakes not picked up by professional editors. In fact over time she has found quite a few and from the age of three she refused to read any books which had mistakes. At age ten she has over a thousand books (yes, one is a self published book that she refuses to part with.) Strangely enough it is the only book with mistakes she wants to keep because she said “at least it’s interesting”. The content would never be endorsed by a mainstream publishing company but this piqued the interest of child who tends to think outside the box. So to each his own.I absolutely agree. Everyone is welcome to make as many mistakes as they like. But for those who would rather not make a mistake, a word to the wise is a simple kindness.

I recently read an edited volume, in which one person serves the role of 1) editor; 2) author of a chapter; 3) co-author an"afterword" to the book, which is highly critical of many of the chapters published in the volume which she has edited. Anticipating that this might seem strange, the afterword includes a footnote which explains that a deliberate decision was made by the editor to "present an accurate picture of the field as it stands today," replete with all the inconsistencies, oversights, and theoretical lacunae for which she has just lambasted her contributors.
So, now Im curious - what are your expectations of the folks who serve as editors of the books, journals, etc. to which you contribute? I am inclined to think that what this editor did is inexcusable, but perhaps I am needlessly depriving myself of rationales which could increase significantly my available beach time.
