Augusts HORROR block!
Its that time again, August really seemed to fly by and today I was greeted with yet another mysterious collection of horror goodies thanks to the fine folks over at Horror Block!
Right off the bat I noticed this box was a little heavier than past blocks, that was likely thanks to the Neca Cult Classics Jigsaw Killer action figure they had stuffed inside. In the past weve gotten items from Funko, but nothing quite as big as this 7 inch action figure. Lets hope this is a continuing trend!
The T-shirt for August is particularly cool with an alien themed design printed in a nice slime-green color.
This month theyve given us two reading choices, the September issue of Rue Morgue magazine and an old Tales From the Crypt comic from the early 90s.
Rounding out my box was a nice big zombie decal perfect for a car window or toilet lid (your preference.)
Also included in most boxes (I guess Im just unlucky) was a nice finger-bone ink pen. If you found that macabre writing utensil in your block consider yourself lucky!
So that wraps it up for Augusts Horror Block, three months down and Im still extremely excited about the service. I take pleasure in knowing that Ill get a box of random horror-themed-awesomeness once a month. If you havent already subscribed Id highly recommend givin it a shot, click here!
