While my review of her novel may be a tad biased, I can honestly say that its some of the best damn flying scenes Ive ever read!
Whats more, she has made this book series the cornerstone to her safety mission. One more airliner accident is one too many, and in this series she exposes—via fiction—some of the dastardly realities of this business that COMPROMISE SAFETY.
Through her novels, she hopes to spark a grassroots movement to propel our industry out of the political whitewash, bean-counting corporate greed mode and into the realm of the truly uncompromising SAFETY FIRST, LAST AND ALWAYS, where it should be!

Well, if you start reading, Flight for Safety, you AINT gonna be sitting back and relaxing! This sucker is edge-of-your-capns seat suspense and action, from prologue to epilogue!
A very real portrayal of life on the line for today’s modern airline pilot. The harsh reality of the pilot’s “glamorous lifestyle” is exposed in all its ugly, very real warts. The exhausting schedules, the insane career volatility, the stress of a merger, the politics, the constant tug-of-war between safety and profits, and the often counterproductive mandates of the FAA—all coalesce into a drama that could easily play out on the stage of any of today’s mega-carriers.
Airline pilot Darby is an engaging heroine. Fully flawed, complex and prone to human error, she is nevertheless uncompromising in her integrity. And as a conscientious airline pilot with exemplary stick and rudder skills, Captain Darby makes for an excellent roll model.
As a 20-year veteran of the Airbus-class flight deck, I can attest that the cockpit scenes are spot-on.

The Avengers: Age Of Ultron may well be a mainstream milkshake of a film, but it is one of those madly indulgent shakes — featuring Snickers bars and dark chocolate sauce and gourmet coffee and spiked with a few swallows of something decidedly adult. Avengers: Age of Ultron, written and directed by Joss Whedon (who wrote and directed the hugely successful predecessor as well) is strictly for those that dig this sort of low-content, hi-jinks, over-the-top cinema that thrives on the thrill-a-minute approach. The film itself seems to lack a certain X factor that the prequel had. If you want to marvel – Marvel’s spectacular VFX served deliciously in a 3D film, this one is a winner. No one gets to go home unhappy as everyone gets their favorites, Iron Man, Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Thor and Captain America pull off some of the greatest stunts. This is simply twisted and complicated relationship story. Film opened with 30-40% occupancy on first day. Story begins with Jay Varma ( Siddharth Malhotra ) and Diya ( Katrina Kaif ) who come into strong relationship with all their love. He is a optimal guy who have a focus on career and willing to do something to make his life different and perfect. One day TWIST comes in his life. He wakes up on one fine morning as already married man with Katrina as much as he tries to escape from the married relationship his age doubles every day from 2 days to 2 years to 4 years to 14 years. He calculates the myth of dying in four days. Then he realizes the real love and meaning of real life that he should live with someone who really loves him. This is the thing present in this Baar Baar Dekho Movie. Story has a great twist inside, and thats why audience is giving mixed response to Baar Baar dekho film. There are few melodious songs and fabulous dance from Kat, that keeps audience engaged. Acting wise Sidharth is good as always and Kat is also getting positive response for her acting. Audience has mixed response for story of the film. Story has good twists but story building is lagging somewhere. Story fluctuates in past, present, future which looks boring sometimes.

The new-age Dharma Productions movies may have refreshingly broken away from the traditions of the early Karan Johar films, but music wise, they have degenerated from the legacy of solid albums that we’ve got from films such as Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and even the relatively newer ones like Wake Up Sid , Dostanaand 2 States.
This is, of course, holds true for the general state of things in Hindi film music, where the increasing songlessness of films have brought about an unprecedented distance between a film and its music.
Arko delivers a song along the sufi pop-rock lines of Saathi Re from Kapoor & Sons, a fairly likeable if generic song. Oddly, the rather loud and boisterous Nachde Ne Saare is perhaps the only song that feels in sync with the spirit of the film—perhaps accentuated by this enjoyable wedding song video
