Aviation Cartoons by Capn Aux!
Guess what? In addition to flyin planes n writin novels, Capn Aux likes to doodle! Heres some of my best (my opinion, lol!) . . .
I got the inspiration for this following cartoon from the Talking Heads song, "Moonrock," in which I—mistakenly—thought the lyrics were, "I got a rock in my boot!"

Sometimes I think my cartoons are a bit too subtle for most people. The following was inspired by Trumans famous desk sign, "The Buck Stops Here"—as in, no more "passing the buck," lay the blame on me! But for greedy corporate CEOs . . .

A long time ago, I found a funny set of mock airline briefing cards that I thought Id share with you. I didnt draw or make them, but enjoy!
And finally, heres a recent cartoon I drew for my vid, "Zen and the Art of Landing."

My parents always encouraged me in everything I did, from flying to writing and drawing. And they had a wonderful sense of humor!

While my review of her novel may be a tad biased, I can honestly say that its some of the best damn flying scenes Ive ever read!
Whats more, she has made this book series the cornerstone to her safety mission. One more airliner accident is one too many, and in this series she exposes—via fiction—some of the dastardly realities of this business that COMPROMISE SAFETY.
