I am trying to set up my new flex fitbit at my computer (using windows 10). when trying to pair (via bluetooth - not the dongle) i get the message "driver error". i have tried to uninstall and install again.. In windows 10, try turning bluetooth on and off a couple of times while the dongle and phone are connected. this worked for me after i tried everything else (including restarting my pc, restarting my tracker, reinstalling my software and, of course, reinstalling my device -- which is a charge).. Solved: i'm just adding to the stream of posts finding that my flex won't sync with my laptop running windows 10. the device manager bluetooth.
